2. Payments
All payments must be made as per the terms mentioned in the proposal/invoice. Project work will begin only after the initial payment or advance is received. Any delay in payment may result in a delay or suspension of services. All payments are non-refundable once the service has started.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, brand assets, and content required for the project. Approval delays or missing inputs from the client side may extend project timelines. Clients must ensure they have rights to use all content provided to us.

4. Revisions & Modifications
We offer limited revisions as per the proposal. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur extra charges.

5. Confidentiality
We respect client privacy and confidentiality. All project-related data, files, and discussions will be kept secure and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

6. Intellectual Property
All creative materials, designs, and content developed by us remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables is transferred to the client.

7. Limitation of Liability
We strive for the best results but cannot guarantee specific outcomes (like top Google ranking or fixed sales numbers). We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. All completed work until termination must be paid for by the client.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date.
